John Banks (Chtd IM, M.S.I.) – Executive Chairman
John has been actively involved in fund management and third party fund administration since 1987. He has acted as either managing director or as a director of several fund management groups both on the Island and internationally prior to which he was involved in the private banking sector as general manager of a private Swiss bank.

Geoff Hunt (FCA) – Managing Director
Geoff is a chartered accountant with over 25 years experience at management and board level within the international offshore financial services sector. During his career he has been involved in the development, implementation and management of investment strategies for client companies. Geoff is a member of the ICAEW and the Institute of Directors.

Brett Armitage (Chtd MCSI) Director & CSP Manager
Brett has been actively involved within a senior role of Bridgewaters since its inception in 1996. He is currently the manager of corporate services and a director of Bridgewater (IOM) Limited. He is resident in the Isle of Man and is a member of the Chartered Securities and Investments Institute and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Stephen Corran (BSc Hons, ACA) Company Secretary, Finance and Compliance Officer
Stephen is a chartered Accountant who spent 7 years training with PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his career he has been involved in audits in the banking, insurance, fund and fiduciary sectors. He is currently the company secretary of Bridgewater (IOM) Limited and a member of the ICAEW and the Institute of Directors.

Tony Arzt (FCIS, Chtd MCSI, MCMI) Trust & Fund Administration Manager
Tony is a chartered secretary who spent the last 14 years working in the fund administration industry. Previously he spent 10 years working in company and trust administration. Tony was ICSA IOM branch chairman from 2001 to 2003 after spending 8 years on various ICSA committees. He became a fellow in 2001.
